Stampin’ Up! Free Skate!

Hey there! Today is Tuesday School day, so in a little bit I'll be dropping Darcy off at the church. She LOVES her Tuesday School! Since Tuesday School is closer to my house than her house, Darcy spends the night with me on Monday nights, or as Darcy calls it, a "sweepover" (sleepover)!

My project share for today is with the Free Skate Bundle found on page 44 of the Holiday Catalog:

I grew up in Central Illinois, so ice skating was an important part of my childhood. Winter means skates to me!

After adhering the bow with a glue dot, I added a Blueberry Bushel Rhinestone from the Noble Peacock Rhinestones.

I stamped the greeting with Delicata Silvery Shimmer ink before embossing with the Winter Knit 3-D Embossing Folder.

Inside I stamped the sentiment with the Silvery Shimmer ink and added the snowflakes with Seaside Spray ink.

Stampin’ Up! Everything Amazing for Grace!

Hey there! As you probably know if you follow my blog at all, I love to make special birthday cards for all of my family members, and I'm not making any exception for my new daughter-in-law, Grace!

Grace loves fall and everything pumpkin and pumpkin spice, so I created her card with Gather Together and Everything Amazing stamp sets. I used a color combo of Terracotta Tile, Soft Suede, and Very Vanilla for a warm, fall feel.

I heat-embossed the greeting with white embossing powder, then added the words to customize the sentiment with Soft Suede ink. I used the Stamparatus to stamp both the large and smaller phrases to get abundant ink coverage as well as precise placement.

Generous sponging with Soft Suede ink and adding the scatterings of speckles adds to the grungy, shabby chic look!

Darcy & I hand-delivered this card to Grace on her birthday. I think she liked it!

Stampin’ Up! Gold Mini Pizza Box!

Hey there! I know I've been saying I'm trying to wait a little longer to share Christmas-themed projects with you, but this one I just simply can't wait any longer!

Originally created for this month's Stampers Dozen Blog Hop, I decided to wait to share it because it wasn't fall-themed, but I love how it turned out, as well as how simple and easy it was to make!

I started with a new Gold Mini Pizza Box from page 13 of the 2019 Holiday Catalog. These little babies are part of the Wrapped In Plaid Suite. I layered a 3" x 3" piece of Wrapped in Plain 6" x 6" Specialty Designer Series Paper. I put another piece the same size inside the lid to match.

After punching the Pine Tree Punch tree I embossed with the new Stylish Scroll Embossing Folder, then adhered with mini stampin' dimensionals.

I could of just left the tree a flat and shiny gold, but I loved how much dressier embossing with the Stylish Scroll made it!

I finished the box top with a 2 3/4" piece of Very Vanilla/Copper 1/2" Classic Weave Ribbon. This ribbon has "Merry Christmas" copper embossed in both script and a bold font. LOVE IT!

I added another piece of the Wrapped in Plaid inside the lid just for fun.

These boxes are Food Safe, as well as the right size to fit a gift card! Be sure to put a pack of these on your next order!

Gold Foil for tree: 2" x 2 1/2"

Stampin’ Up! Gold Mini Pizza Box!

Stampin’ Up! Gather Together Post-It Note Holder!

Hey there! Today I want to share with you these adorable Post-it Note Holders I created with the All-Around Wreath Dies and Gather Together Bundle!

My first version features the wreath cut from both Cajun Craze and Crumb Cake card stock which has been sponged with Soft Suede ink and layered together with snippets of mini stampin' dimensionals.

I colored the pearls with a Light Cajun Craze Stampin' Blend. The greeting from Gather Together was stamped on Soft Suede with Soft Suede ink before cutting with the Gathered Leaves Die. I generously sponged everything on these projects!

My second version is nearly identical, with the exception of Basic Adhesive-backed Sequins that I colored with the Light Cajun Craze Stampin' Blend.

Which one do you prefer?

I stamped the corner of each Post-It with Terracotta Tile pumpkins from Gather Together.
