Stampin’ Up! Tags In Bloom!

Hey there! Can you believe it? Two posts in a row! I must be on a roll! lol! Seriously, after a little blogging break, it's fun to jump back into the groove! We all need a break now and then to keep from getting in a rut, right?

Today I have a double gate-fold card I created for a class last weekend with the Sale-a-bration 2nd Release set, Tags In Bloom! I even have a tutorial to download at the bottom of this post! yay!

Tags in Bloom is a gorgeous set you can choose when you place a $100 order this month! I teamed it with the Noble Peacock Specialty paper for an elegant look!

I punched the stitched-looking greeting with the Label Me Lovely Punch.

Tags in Bloom includes images to fill in the blooms with your choice of color. I used stamped-off Pretty Peacock and Old Olive!

Stampin’ Up! Tags In Bloom!

Stampin’ Up! Boys x 2!

Hey there! February is over and now finally I can get back to blogging on a more regular basis! Today starts the final weeks of Sale-a-bration with the debut of the Sale-a-bration 2nd Release Brochure! My card today was created for a sweet new mama who is carrying TWIN boys! I had fun with this one, even though I didn't have any current baby stamps, I did have the Hand-Lettered Prose alphabet dies, so nooooo problem! This alphabet with its' "scripty" look is perfect for creating cards for any occasion! If you can think of the phrase, you can make it!

I used Blueberry Bushel and Crumb Cake with the Buffalo Check background for my color palette, then cut the letters with the Hand-Lettered Prose dies. I cut letters from both Crumb Cake and Blueberry Bushel, then off-set them with liquid glue so they would have more dimension and "pop'!

Inside I stamped "congratulations" from Well Said and "Hugs Prayers Love" from Positive Thoughts.

Stampin’ Up! Band Together for Faith!

Hey there! Yesterday was my daughter-in-law, Faith's, 24th birthday! I waited until after her special day to post the card I made for her with the Band Together Bundle. I used Seaside Spray and Whisper White to create with some Shimmery White heat embossing for a light and airy look.

I used a double-gate fold and the Detailed Bands dies along with Seaside Spray gingham print from the 2019-2021 6" x 6" Designer Paper pack for a card that looks very "French provincial". I heat embossed the greeting on Seaside Spray with Shimmer White embossing powder, then cut with a Layering Ovals die.

The Seaside Spray oval is just barely large enough to glue over the frame of this band, so I added more glue to the center and then adhered another oval the same size to the back to secure.

The inside sentiment and the flower are both from Band Together, stamped with Seaside Spray ink.

NOTE: the Seaside Spray card base size is 8 1/2" x 5 1/2", scored at 2 1/8" from each end.

Stampin’ Up! Band Together for Faith!

Today's theme is all about “LOVE” – Birthday, Wedding, Valentine’s etc.!

I needed a wedding card, so I used Bloom & Grow and Detailed Bands dies for today's project.

Coastal Cabana, Shimmery White, Parisian Flourish 3D Embossing Folder, and Gold heat embossing:

I heat embossed the Bloom & Grow sentiment, and cut with a Stitched Rectangles die. I colored the pearls with a Dark Pool Party Stampin' Blends Marker.

I heat embossed a Colorful Seasons sentiment inside:

Blooms and leaves are colored with the Pool Party Combo and Light Mint Macaron Stampin' Blends.

The envelope is decorated with gold heat embossing:

Stampin’ Up! Heart Punches Wreath!

Hey there! Happy Valentine's Day! Today's project is a shiny Valentine wreath from the dollar store I embellished with pictures of my favorite people!! I printed the pictures at home, so they aren't great quality, but after punching with the Heart Punches from the Spring Mini catalog and mounting on Heart Doilies, also from the Spring Mini, I LOVE it! Here's my entire Payne Clan!

The prep and assembly was simple! After printing the pics on copy paper, I punched them with the smooth Heart Punch, layered onto a white heart punched with the scalloped Heart Punch, then on a Heart Doily. I started to adhere to the wreath with dimensionals, but discovered they fall off after the wreath is hung up, so I used hot glue instead.

Left to right: my oldest daughter, Jessica, and her husband, Johnny, me and my hubby, Mark, my youngest daughter, Alisa, and her husband, Cody.

Descending from Jessica's left: Jessica's children, Maddie Kate, Ava, Cohen, and Jaxon

Below Jaxon: my middle daughter, Kimberly and her husband, Tony, then their children: Liam, Darcy, and . . .

The newest member of the Payne Clan, Fiona Everly!

Below Alisa & Cody, their children Oakley, Lando, Ivory, and Cyndal. We'll add another baby girl to this family in May!

Last but definitely not least: top right, my middle son Logan and his new bride, Faith, in the middle my youngest son, Benjamin, and bottom left, my oldest son, Troy, and his wife of almost a year, Grace!
