Well, I'm off to work on my swaps for this month! The theme is Sympathy or Kids, which should be easy, it's just a matter of getting 21 cards made really fast! My P.O. closes at like 10:30 a.m., so there's no chance to mail them today, but I will get them in the mail on Tuesday (since Monday is a Federal Holiday!) I always mail my package Priority anyway, so I'm pretty positive they will arrive just in time on Thursday!

Until tomorrow, have a "Stampingrox! Day!"

Sorry this last picture is so blown out, I'm not really sure why, it may just be the white-on-vellum embossing.

I hope to have some tutorials for these up for you after the Galatia class on the 21st!

Final two Simply Scoring swaps!

Final two Simply Scoring swaps!

Cindy Ewertz use the Scoring Tool on the diagonal to add the scoring interest on this card. She also spent some time with her Paper Snips, snipping away to make the precise cuts necessary for the flower center! WOW! I don't believe I would have the patience to make 21 of these, but it's beautiful!

Cindy Ewertz

And alas, the final swap this month has NO NAME! What a shame, as it is a swap I would be proud to put my name on! "Delicate Doilies" stamped in Island Indigo on Whisper White, sponged with Pool Party, and layered on Island Indigo and Pool Party. GREAT CARD! Would be a good "workshop WOW" technique! I especially love the little hanging heart accent!

OK, you've seen all my November swaps, so get ready for some fun tomorrow!

Until then, have a "Stampingrox!" day!

A few more swaps!

A few more swaps!

Just a couple more days, and you will have seen all my swaps from November! THEN I have some fun surprises for you, so keep watching!

This first one is an elegant "faux tile" sample using "Creative Elements" by Brenda Hukriede. Crumb Cake has become such popular neutral, I love having this option besides white and vanilla! The sentiment is from "Delightful Dozen".

This next one is a very masculine one using the "In Wilderness" stamp set and "Well Worn" Designer Paper. Katy Simecka is the creator of this one!

Sharon House scored Vellum cardstock with the Simply Scoring Tool to achieve this formal, elegant look! She stamped the "love" with the label stamp from "You are Loved" and punched it out with the Decorative Label Punch. The addition of the brads from the Neutrals Brads Collection and the Victoria Crochet Trim are the pefect finishing touches!

Kathy Stephenson did a great job with the Simply Scoring Tool to make the diagonal lines behind the "Fun Flower" die cut. She also used the soon-to-be-retired-never-to-be-available-again Spice Cake Designer Series Paper behind the 3 1/2" Die Cut Circle! Lovely elegant card!

Last but not least, Nancy Hall paired the "Medallion" background stamp with "Beyond the Garden" Designer Series Paper to create this "simply wonderful" card! "you are simply wonderful" is a phrase from the "Friendly Phrases" stamp set, and the DSP rosette was scored with the Simply Scoring Tool. I hope to have a tutorial for you soon on how to make these!
