Stampin’ Up! Holiday Sale Pretty Present Tags!

Hey there! The Stampin' Up! Holiday Sale is now if full-swing! I have a few more samples to share with you that feature some more of the products on sale only until December 2nd!

First, the Vintage Faceted Buttons are on sale 30% off! (Item # 127555, reg price $5.95, right now only $4.17) I added these to the centers of the Real Red/White embossed flowers using Glue Dots.

Next, the Pretty Presents Designer Tags #132179, reg price $2.50, are on sale for $1.75! This card features the largest of the two tags with the image stamped directly on it. Besides the expected use as a gift tag, these little babies make a great palette for a stamped focal image1

This card used the Deco Label Framelits (#130102, reg price $24.95, right now $18.71) to cut out both the focal image and the Silver Glimmer mat. Another sale product, Christmas Messages (#131793 clear-mount only, reg price $20.95, right now $14.67) provides the "joyful tidings" greeting!

And finally, this card again used the Deco Label Framelits (#130102, reg price $24.95, right now $18.71) to cut the focal image layer, the window opening and the image layer peeking through!

Stampin’ Up! Sunday Swap Day Backyard Basics!

Hey there! I had a perfectly marvelous day yesterday with my stampers at my Christmas Card Stamp-a-Stack! I can hardly wait to stamp some more on Monday!

For today's Sunday Swap Day I dug out a couple of swaps using Backyard Basics stamps and framelits from my monthly swap a few month's ago:

Laura Milligan used Soft Sky and Smoky Slate with Backyard Basics for her calm and serene card above.

Ruth Bingle went with a similar soft color palette, using Wisteria Wonder instead of Soft Sky. I love her watercolored iris and smart little bow made with the Oval Punch!

The only thing I would add to these cards would be a greeting so they would "speak"!

This Sunday is a busy day with a bake sale after church, family lunch at our house (as usual), then a Ladies' Friendship Circle meeting before church again!

If you are thinking that most of these cards are not my usual bling thing, you are right! We are making 20 cards today, so Clean-and-Simple is the rule of the day!

Mosaic Madness stamps and punch to create this fun tree!

Yes, the Rhinestones are colored with a Red Sharpie marker!

Joyful Christmas with the Gold Encore Metallic pad:

This last one using the Festive Flurry Bundle IS more bling-y! Along with the Special Season card I showed you yesterday, we need at least a couple of WOW's don't we?

Stampin’Up! Daydream Medallions Wreath!

Hey there! Today I am sharing my final project from my November Christmas Card Class using the Gift Bow Bigz L Die, Daydream Medallions stamps, Floral Frames Framelits, and Beautifully Baroque Textured Impressions Folder:

The card base is Pear Pizzazz, sponged with Pear Pizzazz ink after embossing. I stamped the "wreath" with Always Artichoke ink before cutting out with the Floral Frames Framelit. I sponged the wreath edges with Always Artichoke ink too.

I cut the bow from Season of Style Designer Paper, then added a Vintage Faceted Button and a Rhinestone with Glue Dots.

The "joy to the world" greeting is from the Holiday Catalog set, Joy to the World, was stamped with Cherry Cobbler ink, sponged in Always Artichoke ink, and cut out with a Chalk Talk Framelit.

Inside the card I used the smallest of the Daydream Medallions stamps as mini-wreaths with Always Artichoke ink. I stamped the "wishing you Christmas Cheer. . ." from Christmas Messages with Cherry Cobbler ink and sponged the edges with Always Artichoke.

The "joy to the world" greeting is from the Holiday Catalog set, Joy to the World, was stamped with Cherry Cobbler ink, sponged in Always Artichoke ink, and cut out with a Chalk Talk Framelit.
