Our Newest Granddaughter is Here!

Hey there! I don't have anything new stamping-wise to share with you today, but I do have quite a stash of pictures to share of my newest granddaughter, Scarlett Adaline! Scarlett is my 13th grandchild and the 8th granddaughter!

Scarlett is the daughter of my son, Troy, and his beautiful wife, Grace! If you've followed my blog over the years you probably know that Troy waited and prayed for a wife for many years. He was about to give up when God brought Grace into his life. They've been married since March of 2019, when Troy was 36. Now he is a new dad just a few weeks before he turns 39! BTW, Grace is 12 years younger than Troy, but she doesn't mind a bit!

This picture was taken late last winter when Grace was just a few weeks along in her pregnancy. Don't they make a handsome couple?

Here's Grace just a couple of weeks before Scarlett's birth:

On Halloween:

After a couple of sleepless nights of labor, Miss Scarlett finally made her entrance into the world via c-section. I love how happy Troy's eyes are holding his baby girl!

Troy, Grace, and Scarlett. Scarlett has blonde hair just like her mommy and daddy!

I'm not sure what the purpose of the Boppy pillow is around Troy's neck, but it makes a cute picture anyway!

I was thrilled to get to visit them before Scarlett was 24 hours old! Scarlett weighed 8 lbs, 13 oz, and has her mommy's chubby cheeks!

A tired but happy mommy and baby got to go home yesterday!

That's it for today! Hopefully tomorrow I will have a new project to share with you!
