Stampin’ Up! Sunday Swap Day April 4th!

Hey there! I hope you have good plans today to celebrate Resurrection Day! I know we make a big deal about Christmas, but without Easter, Christmas would just be a fun holiday! We are getting together with family today for dinner and of course the traditional egg hunt for the kids!

Today I have a set of fun swaps to share!

First, Ruth Bingle used the Forever Fern Bundle with retiring Forever Greenery Designer Series Paper for her fun-fold card. Forever Greenery is now discounted 20%, down to $9.20 a pack!

Next, this Hydrangea Hill swap has no name on it, but it sure is nice!

This swap with retiring Ornate Style stamps, Ornate Garden Specialty Designer Paper, Ornate Garden Ribbon Combo Pack, and Layering Ovals dies had no name on it either.

Finally for today, Barbara Nagle used True Love Designer Series Paper with the Double Oval Punch and Black Matte Dots for her swap.

Stampin’ Up! Last Batch of Retiring Ornate Style Cards!

Hey there! Today I'm sharing the final five Ornate Style cards I've created over the past year. I don't think I realized I had created a total of 15 cards with this retiring set until I started gathering them up for these farewell posts, but the evidence is there in all of my blog posts! Wow!

First, I combined Night of Navy and Basic White (it was called Whisper White back then) to create this Ornate Style card. Check out the entire post HERE.

I used a simple masking technique for this Ornate Style card, then painted the blooms with White Craft ink and the leaves with Versamark using a Blender Pen. Check out the whole post HERE.

Next, I CASED a sample from the Annual Catalog to create this card with retiring (and discounted $13.60) Ornate Border Dies. Find the whole post about this card HERE.

I used retiring (and discounted $6.20) Ornate Garden Specialty Designer paper with retiring Ornate Style to create this bright and cheery sample. View the entire post HERE.

Last but certainly not least, I combine retiring Ornate Style Specialty Designer paper with the now retiring So Sentimental stamp set for this pretty card. Check out all of the details HERE.

Hey there! I've been scrolling back through my blog and have discovered I created a bunch of cards with the Ornate Style stamp set, so I'm sharing some more of them with you today!

This card features the stained-glass technique with the Ornate Style blooms heat embossed on vellum. This card also features the retiring Buffalo Check background stamp! View the complete post HERE.
