Stampin’ Up! Springtime Foils Pop-Thru for Dolores!

Hey there! My mother-in-law, Dolores, turns 90 this month! We're celebrating today with a surprise party!

Here's the card I made with Springtime Foils Specialty Designer Paper and Large Numbers Framelits:

I colored a Springtime Foils bloom with Pink Pirouette and Old Olive Stampin' Blends Markers. The Stampin' Blends have been so popular they are currently unavailable to order again until June!

I cut the "90" from Copper Foil to coordinate with the rose gold foil in the paper.

Pop-thru pieces need to fold so they can "pop-thru" the slot made with the Classic Label Punch.

I copper heat-embossed a Birthday Blooms sentiment.

I added another Stampin' Blends-colored bloom.

Stampin’ Up! Birthday Blooms Double Flap Fun Fold!

Hey there! Today I want to share with you a new idea, the Double Flap Fun Fold card! I used the Birthday Blooms set and Springtime Foils Level 1 Specialty Designer Paper for this card.With multiple layer and lots of room to write, this is not your typical or necessarily mailable birthday card, but it's perfect for that special friend and soooo worth your time!

After heat embossing the blooms with copper powder, I colored with Pink Pirouette and Old Olive Stampin' Blends Markers.

I lined the adorable little "notecard" on the front with the polka-dot print from Springtime Florals.

I combined traditional stamping with Stampin' Blends Marker coloring. I love it!
