Stampin’ Up! So Sentimental Baby Cards!

Hey there! For years I had a child at home to delegate the job of cleaning bathrooms. We've been empty-nesters for a year and a half, but I still miss my bathroom cleaner. I'd rather stamp!

After cleaning one of my two bathrooms today, I made these baby cards with another print from the Pleased As Punch Designer paper:

I stamped "hello baby" from So Sentimental in Pool Party, then punched with the 1" Circle Punch. I layered it on a heart punched from the Pleased As Punch Designer paper.

One sheet of Pleased As Punch has hearts printed in Pool Party, Blushing Bride, Calypso Coral, Daffodil Delight, Highland Heather, and Petal Pink!

I stamped a sentiment from Wonderful Moments for the inside.

How sweet!

For the Blushing Bride version, I used the plaid from the flip side of the hearts print.

Same So Sentimental greeting, in Blushing Bride:

The Scripty embossed images really popped when I sponged with Blushing Bride ink!

Stampin’ Up! Under My Umbrella Pleased As Punch #2!

Hey there! I can't seem to stop playing with the Pleased As Punch Designer Paper, which just means you get to see more cute stuff!

The card I'm sharing today was created with the Under My Umbrella stamp set and Bonanza Dies:

I used both sides of the umbrella print sheet from Pleased As Punch, and cut the Flirty Flamingo tag with a Bonanza Die. The polka dot tulle ribbon is the perfect touch!

I stamped the flowers first with black ink, then colored with Flirty Flamingo, Mango Melody, and Pear Pizzazz. I stamped the boots directly on the designer paper, then cut them out with Paper Snips. This technique is called "paper piecing".

Stampin’ Up! Under My Umbrella is Pleased As Punch!

Hey there! With Sale-a-bration coming to a close in a little over a week, I got out my Umbrella Builder Punch and Under My Umbrella stamp set to make a card with both sides of one sheet of Pleased as Punch Designer paper to make us smile!

I used the raindrops side of the sheet for the background layered on the Balmy Blue card base, then turned the paper over and punched the umbrella's from the other side! I stamped the handles with an image from Under My Umbrella.

The sentiment is from Under My Umbrella. After I punched it with the Classic Label, I fussy-cut two tiny flowers from the umbrella-side of the Pleased As Punch paper and added them on each end with a tiny dot of glue!

Inside I used a sentiment from So Sentimental, cutting the rectangle around it with a Stitched So Sweetly Die.
