Stampin’ Up! Good Morning Magnolia!

Hey there! Today I have another card featuring another non-Halloween print from the Magic In This Night Designer Series Paper. This time I paired it with Good Morning Magnolia stamps and Magnolia Memory Dies.

I stamped the bloom, colored with Rococo Rose Stampin' Blends, sponged with black ink, then cut with a Magnolia Memory die. I then tucked it in to the Basic Black open-cut bloom from the same set of dies. I added a bow tied with Black 3/8" Glittered Organdy Ribbon.

The greeting is from Good Morning Magnolia, stamped on a white label cut with a Stitched Rectangle Die.

I scalloped the edge of the card base and the designer paper with a Magnolia Memory Die.

Inside. I love this sentiment of encouragement!

Stampin’ Up! Field of Flowers!

Hey there! I've been playing with new Annual Catalog goodies all month. (When I wasn't cuddling a wee baby girl!) For today's card I played with the Field of Flowers Bundle and new In Color inks and card stock. I used Just Jade card stock and ink, Magenta Madness ink, Bumblebee ink, and Misty Moonlight card stock.

I framed the blooms from Field of Flowers with a circle of vines cut with a Birds & More die. The dragonflies are stamped with Bumblebee.

I heat embossed a greeting from Lovely You with white powder:

And used two of the 3 ribbons from the Flowers For Every Season Ribbon Combo pack.

I made the dotted tracks for the dragonflies with a retired Stampin' Up! Journaling Pen.

Stampin’ Up! Sunday Swap Day #2!

Good morning & happy Sunday! It's "Sunday Swap Day" today, so I will get right to sharing with you more of the swaps I received last month using new catalog products!

First up is a "wiper card" by Linda Pagel using the Giggle Greetings stamp set on page 29 of the new catalog:

When you pull the punched-out circle tabs on each end of the card, the "wiper" pops up with a greeting from Petite Pairs! FUN! I've never made one of these cards, but now that I have one, I will be able to "reverse engineer" it and figure it out! yay!

Next, a fun masculine card by Lorraine Duran using the Rev Up the Fun! stamp set on page 51 and the Chevron Textured Impressions Folder with aluminum foil adhered to cardstock. This is a gatefold card.

Finally for today, an encouragement card with the new Mosaic Madness stamp set on page 123 and the Blooming with Kindness set on page 65. The Modern Mosaic Textured Impressions Folder pulls the Double Time stamping technique together very nicely!
