Stampin’ Up! Beautiful Friendship Fun Fold!

Hey there! Today I have another new fun-fold that is s000000 simple you are going to be blow away! Most of the time the cards I create are either 8 1/2" x 5 1/2 scored at 4 1/4" or 4 1/4" x 11" scored at 5 1/2", so finding a new fun-fold that is this easy is really a big deal for me!

I used the Beautiful Friendship photopolymer stamp set with Old Olive and Calypso Coral to create this quick-and-easy card.

The front of this card blends in with the inside, giving it a unique look.

The measurements:

Card base: 5 1/4" x 5 1/2", scored at 4 1/4"

Front flap: 4" x 4"

Front focal image layer: 3 3/4" x 3"

Inside layer: 4" x 5 1/4"

Ribbon: about 14"

I adhered the front flap to folded-over edge with Tear & Tape Adhesive.

I really love the mixed fonts of the sentiments in Beautiful Friendship!

Next time I stamp with the gorgeous rose I will remember to put my Stampin' Pierce underneath so the image stamps fully.

Stampin’ Up! Beautiful Friendship for Christmas

Hey there! Today is the final session of my Christmas in July Class, so I'm sharing the 6th card we are making with the new catalog set, Beautiful Friendship! I chose Merry Merlot and Rococo Rose for my colors, with Mint Macaron for accent.

The Rococo Rose layer is embossed with the Country Floral 3-D folder. The blooms and leaves are stamped on Shimmery White card stock, and we're stamping "MERRY" and "WISHES", from Merry Christmas to All, with Merry Merlot.

It's hard to see in the pictures, but we are adding extra shimmer to the blooms with a Clear Wink of Stella Glitter Brush.

Adding a Petal Pink Rhinestone to the lower corner gives more interest and sparkle.

Bet you're not surprised this card is an easel-fold, my favorite!

Inside we are stamping a sentiment from Dashing Deer.

Stampin’ Up! Making Christmas Bright for Christmas in July!

Hey there! This afternoon is the first session of Christmas in July! Today I'm sharing another one of the cards we will be making, a Corner Tuck Fold with Making Christmas Bright!

I used a traditional Christmas color scheme of Mossy Meadow, Cherry Cobbler, and Very Vanilla. I added snippets of burlap-looking designer paper from the Pressed Petals Specialty pack.

I added Red Rhinestones to the Mossy Meadow-stamped starry wreath, and added a tiny burnished metal bow from the Bird Ballad Trinkets.

I love those bulbs with the "merry" "and" "bright" stamped in Cherry Cobbler!

Stampin’ Up! Ride With Me!

Hey there! The adorable Ride With Me is reminiscent of the retired Loads of Love, but the dies make a free-standing truck!

My card today uses just the Ride With Me stamps, but I added special touches with the Making Christmas Bright set:

Please excuse the "cloudy" picture. My cold camera lens fogs up in the humid Southern Illinois heat. I clean the lens before and after each picture taken, but sometimes it fogs up again before I take the next one!

I added more festiveness with the tangled Christmas bulbs from the Making Christmas Bright set, stamped with Garden Green ink and colored with Real Red and Garden Green markers BEFORE embossing with the Scripty 3-D folder.

The Truck Ride Dies do not cut out the stamped truck, but it was pretty easy to cut with scissors.

Inside I used more Making Christmas Bright images.

Stampin’ Up! Winter Woods for Christmas in July!

Hey there! Yesterday I finished all of the paper cutting/supply prep for my Christmas in July class! yippee! You have no idea how excited I am to be able to use these next couple of days to prep for other events, blog posts, birthday cards I need to make, etc! This never happens and may never happen again! lol!

Today I'm sharing another card we'll make this weekend with Winter Woods, Birch Background, and Rooted In Nature!

We will stamp the Birch Background first with Smoky Slate, then use the image to add Fine Tip Glue and Dazzling Diamonds Glitter for "snow"! We will also be using the same technique to add "snow" to the trees!

Stampin’ Up! Dashing Deer for Christmas in July!

Hey there! I'm cutting paper like crazy over here getting ready for Christmas in July this coming weekend! eeek! It's going to be crazy, because I'm also babysitting some of the grandkiddos too! Should be a fun weekend! lol!

Today's card is one we will be making at my Christmas in July class with Dashing Deer and the Seasonal Wreath 3-D folder. I used Night of Navy and Seaside Spray for my color palette with a bit of Silver Foil and Rhinestones thrown in for sparkle!

I used a sponge dauber to lightly add color to the embossed wreath before adding the deer and rhinestones.

I adhered the Silver Foil "Happy" with a thin line of liquid glue.

I kept the inside simple.

Stampin’ Up! Wonderful Moments for a Baby Girl!

Hey there! I've been MIA while we were celebrating Oakley's 6th birthday and throwing a bridal shower for Logan & Faith!

One of my stamping friends, LeeAnn, is getting a little grand-daughter, so I created this card I'm sharing today with Wonderful Moments to accompany the gift:

The little outfit and booties I purchased was exactly Blushing Bride, so the card I created had to be Blushing Bride too!

I combined Wonderful Moments with Butterfly Gala and Petal Labels dies.

I stamped the Blushing Bride background with the smallest Butterfly Gala butterfly using Versamark before embossing with the Tufted 3-D folder.

I continued the butterflies inside with Blushing Bride stamped full-strength as well as stamped-off.

I even stamped the envelope with the same butterflies!
