Hey there! A few weeks ago I posted this basket made by team member Becky Anderson:

I received several requests for directions so I contacted Becky. She said she had CASED ME! She made the basket bigger than the ones I posted in 2014!

Spring 2014 Hoppity Basket Post

Becky  doubled the basket size, increasing the dimensions to 8" x 10", scoring at 3" and 5" from the 8" end, then at 2", 4", 6", and 8" along the 10" side.

Here's my first sample:

I used Soft Suede and secured the handles with Antique Brads.

Next, I covered Soft Suede with a print from Into the Woods Designer Paper:

This basket was just too pretty to clutter with embellishments, so I filled a bag with  candy corn, then added my pretties to it!

I stamped Lighthearted Leaves on Crushed Curry and Early Espresso, then cut with Leaflets framelits. I stamped the Petite Pairs greeting on Tangelo Twist, cutting with another Leaflet framelit. I used the Glitter Splatter Technique for sparkle. Find my directions for this technique HERE.
