Hey there! Today I have a pair of cards I created with the Boughs & Blossoms Bundle, but this time I used retiring Pansy Petals Designer Paper. I love this paper, and have realized that here we are at retirement time and I haven't used it enough! I know I tend to be a pretty paper hoarder, but I'm stating here and now that with this new catalog coming in May I will use my paper more!
I created these two with the same basic layout, only switching out a few things to give the same prints a different look with different card stock backgrounds and stamped blooms. I will add the dimensions at the bottom of this post.
This card I emphasized the Pale Papaya with the layer behind the Pansy Petals sections and the mat behind the Everyday Label-punched greeting label.
I stamped a bloom with Fresh Freesia, cut with Paper Snips, then added with dimensionals. I added "greenery" punched from Fresh Freesia with the Bough Punch and some 2021-2023 In Color Jewels for some sparkle.
The inside sentiment is brand-new! It's from a new Annual Catalog set that I just received from Stampin' Up! yesterday called Limited Edition. You will be able to order it on May 3rd!
My favorite of the two cards is this one that I used a Fresh Freesia layer behind the designer paper rectangles!
I added Clear Wink of Stella to the center of the Polished Pink bloom (nearly impossible to photograph) and added a few Loose Flower Flourishes with a glue dot for the larger one and tiny dots of liquid glue for the two smaller ones. I added self-adhesive Iridescent Rhinestones to these centers.
