Hey there! In the process of preparing for my “Birthday Memories” card class, I re-made a swap. The card on the right is the swap from Lynn Streifert, the card on the left is mine:

I loved Lynn’s layout, but wanted to incorporate the cupcakes surrounding the “Campbell’s Soup girl”, so I cut with a Layering Ovals framelit. The cupcakes have a sponged  Blushing Bride look, so I sponged the inside layer to match. I embossed the Crumb cake layer with the Oh My Stars Textured Impressions Folder.

I cut 5/8″ Burlap Ribbon in half, separating the fibers to create a bow look from a simple knot!

Inside I cut Real Red with the Happy Birthday die, adding a Multipurpose Adhesive Sheet before cutting. I added a Real Red heart from the Brights Enamel Shapes.

This completes all five cards for the Birthday Memories Card Class I’m having at my house on Friday, June 23rd 1-4 p.m. and 6-9 p.m. and Saturday, June 24th 10 a.m – 3 p.m. We’ll make these 5 cards for $15 or free with a $40 product order placed at class:
