Stampin’ Up! Positive Thoughts!

Hey there! Today I have a card created with Positive Thoughts and coordinating dies, Nature's Thoughts!

I paired these lovely sets with Noble Peacock Foil and the Tailored Tag Punch. The Blueberry Bushel foil cut with the dotted rectangle from Nature's Thoughts really pops!

I love how the dies cut out the detailed images so perfectly! Positive Thoughts will be around till the end of May, but the dies will only be available through the end of this month!

I stamped Old Olive on Old Olive, Lovely Lipstick on Lovely Lipstick, and Mango Melody on Mango Melody.

I added Clear Wink of Stella to the bloom and the butterfly for some shimmer.

I used the same stamps, without re-inking, to stamp the inside and even stamped a third time on the envelope!

Stampin’ Up! Let’s Sale-a-brate!

Hey there! It's time for the Stamper's Dozen Blog Hop! Our January theme is "Let's Sale-a-brate"!

For my project today I used the Sale-a-bration stamp set, Happy Birthday to You. Choose this free set with a $50 order!

I heat embossed the cake image with white powder on Shimmery White, then colored with Balmy Blue, Mint Macaron, Rococo Rose, and Smoky Slate Stampin' Blends. I cut the layer with a new Stitched So Sweetly Die from the Spring Mini.

After I stamped "celebrate" with Balmy Blue ink on Shimmery White, I cut it out with an Ornate Frames Die, a carry-over from the Holiday Catalog.

The inside sentiment is also from Happy Birthday to You, which is one of several choices in the Sale-a-bration catalog when you make a $50 order.

Stampin’ Up! Sale-a-bration Little Ladybug!

Hey there! With granddaughter #6 due to arrive on February 3rd, I'm on a mission to get as much accomplished before that date as I can! You'll find me posting here a few times a week so I can concentrate on prepping for my upcoming stamping events this month and the next!

Today I have a "thinking of you" card that could double as a Valentine, created with the Host-Exclusive Sale-a-bration set, Little Ladybug! This set is only available to hosts that have an order or party sales of at least $300. You can't get this set any other way!

I combined Little Ladybug images with From My Heart Specialty paper, Heart Punch Pack, and Parisian Flourish 3D Embossing Folder:

From My Heart Specialty paper is a mix of Real Red, Flirty Flamingo, and Whisper White, along with foil accents! I colored the ladybug with Cherry Cobbler Stampin' Blends.

Stampin’ Up! Nature’s Beauty Silvery Shimmer!

Hey there! Yesterday evening my hubby & I took a lovely bike ride, spent some time with Alisa's family, and then went home to bed and slept marvelously! With my age, I've been having difficulty with waking up way too early, so I've been chronically tired for months. This sleep really helped me tons!

My card today features the Silvery Shimmer Delicata ink on Seaside Spray card stock.

I used the Basic Pattern Decorative Mask to sponge the trees. The look is so wintery, I love it!

I used a sentiment from the Itty Bitty Greetings set on the greeting banner, cut the end into banner points, then added a rhinestone.

Inside I used images from both Rustic Retreat and Nature's Beauty.

Stampin’ Up! Gingham Nature’s Beauty!

Hey there! I took a little break from blogging to throw together a yard sale with my daughter, Alisa, and my newest daughter-in-law Faith, over the weekend. Working together (sweltering, actually!) in 90 degree heat to set up and and break down is a bonding experience, to say the least! lol! Despite the hard work, I thoroughly enjoyed working side by side with both girls, and after one more trip to the Christian Outreach store to drop off the left over stuff, we'll be done till next spring!

Today's project was again created with the Nature's Beauty stamp set, as well as with Rustic Retreat and Come to Gather Designer Series Paper.

After stamping the deer with Early Espresso and the foliage spray with Pretty Peacock, I dragged the edges of the Whisper White layer on the Pretty Peacock ink pad to get the torn, distressed look.

I used a 1/4" wide strip of Pretty Peacock card stock for a "ribbon". I stamped the greeting from Itty Bitty Greetings with Pretty Peacock ink, then accented with a Noble Peacock Rhinestone.

Inside I used a mix of images and a sentiment from Rustic Retreat.
