Good morning! I may or may not have internet by now, I'm actually preparing this posting on Sunday, March 4th, so I hope I have internet by now!

The dress form from Established Elegance is the base to attach this darling little dress, which is constructed simply with a scored and folded 1 3/4" Circle, a Word Window punch, and the Heart-to-Heart punch!
