Hey there! How are you doing today? I am very happy to report that we were able to complete all the tax prep for my daughter yesterday and I still had time to come home and work on mine some more. Yes, mine are NOT done yet. That'll teach me to think twice before predicting such things, won't it? I think I doomed myself. My taxes are taking MUCH longer than I expected. sigh.
The bright spot in my week, however, will be my Birthday Card Buffet tomorrow and Saturday, which I AM ready for! yay!
Since I'm up-to-my-elbows in expense receipts and all of that what-not, I am itching to stamp something, but since I am up to my said elbows in non-stamping stuff, I decided to share a card AND the project sheet to go with it. (I'm trying to make it up to you for putting up with all of my tax-time whining. wink!)
This card was created with the Pictogram Punches, Gorgeous Grunge, and Crazy about You stamp sets. I love how the diagonal-striped stamp from Gorgeous Grunge looks like washi tape!
Just a little bit of stamping, a bit of fussy-cutting with Paper Snips, corner-rounding with the Envelope Punch Board, and some popping-up with Stampin' Dimensionals and this is a quick and easy card!
