Hey there! While I was playing with the stained glass technique and the Ornate Style stamp set, I created a second card. This one is Smoky Slate with the Buffalo Check background heat-embossed with white and the floral spray is cut out with an Ornate Layers die.
I colored all of the embossed blooms on the backside of the vellum, using both color tones in the Stampin' Blends Combo packs!
I just want you to see the gorgeous detail of this frame cut with an Ornate Layers die! I ran it through my die cutting machine once cutting-side down, then flipped it to cutting-side up and ran it back and forth again. After I rolled the die brush over it most of the pieces fell out, leaving only a few to finish poking with the paper-piercing end of the Take Your Pick tool.
I used a combination of sentiments from Positive Thoughts and Ornate Thanks, then stamped part of the floral spray with Petal Pink ink.
