Hey there! Tomorrow I will share more formal Easter cards, but today it's all about the bunny!

Jenna Raby used Sweet Little Something  with Powder Pink and Sweet Sugarplum, embossing the background with the Ruffled Dynamic folder.

Kathy Morgan also used Sweet Little Something, a perfect set for Easter or babies!

Stampin’ Up! A Blessed Easter Sunday Swap Day!

Stampin’ Up! A Blessed Easter Sunday Swap Day!

Hey there stamping friends! Today is a special day for our family. We all get to worship together, celebrating the Resurrection of our Lord and Savior, and then we get to spend the rest of the day enjoying being together as a family!

I've saved a last few swaps to share with you today in honor of Easter!

First here's an adorable little treat topper created by Sherri Peters. Sherri made it quick and easy with the Basket Bunch Bundle!

Stampin_up_basket_bunch_carolpaynestamps1

Next, my team member, Martha Swift, gave each of us attending OnStage Local last week this cute box that didn't need any adhesive to create!

Stampin_up_circle_of_spring_carolpaynesstamps1

She used the Timeless Tags Thinlets to create the medallion on top, stamping the greeting from Circle of Spring and cutting out the layers with Layering Circles Framelits. Her finishing touch was a Sweet Sugarplum Enamel Shape!

When you open the box you can really see how the unique folds help the box keep its' shape without adhesive.

Stampin_up_circle_of_spring_carolpaynestamps2

Cathy Lingle, another Mam's team member, created this swap using the Easter Message set. I love the regal look she achieved with Elegant Eggplant, Crumb Cake, Whisper White, Vellum, and Gold Foil!

Stampin_up_easter_message_carolpaynestamps1

Finally, my dear stamping customer, Diane Laur, created this easel bookmark card. I received it in the mail last week!

Stampin_up_easter_message_carolpaynestamps4

I love the designer paper she used. Although it is not Stampin' Up!, that's ok. I know my customers use products from other sources. It just shows how wonderfully Stampin' Up! can coordinate! Diane did use Easter Messages for the scripture reference on the front. I'm not sure where she got the inside sentiment from, but it may be computer generated. In any case, it's a wonderful card. I forgot to take a picture of the bookmark stored in the front of the card, but trust me, it's awesome too!

Stampin_up_easter_message_carolpaynestamps7

Well, that's all of my Easter swaps and samples for this year. Now I'm going to get off this computer and finish my prep for our Easter family celebration.

I will be back tomorrow with another Dragonfly Dreams creation. Until tomorrow, have a blessed Easter and a Stampingrox! day!

Stampin’ Up! Basket Bunch Mini Easter Basket!

Stampin’ Up! Basket Bunch Mini Easter Basket!

Hey there! The fourth project for my Basket Bunch Bundle Class this weekend is a mini Easter Basket, complete with chocolate!

Stampin_up_basket_bunch_basket_carolpaynestamps1

Constructed from pieces cut with the Basket Builder Framelit Dies, and one additional piece of cardstock, this little basket was easy to make!

Stampin_up_basket_bunch_basket_carolpaynestamps2

In addition to being so easy to stamp with because of the clarity, you can also bend the words just a little so they will fit inside the Duet Banner Punch!

Stampin_up_basket_bunch_basket_carolpaynestamps3

I used Multipurpose Liquid Glue for the assembly.

Stampin_up_basket_bunch_carolpaynestamps4

I finished it off with a little bow tied with Melon Mambo 1/8" Stitched Ribbon. I'm in LOVE with this little basket!

You will receive full printed instructions to make this basket when you attend my class this weekend. Contact me for more details!

Stampin’ Up! Basket Bunch Folded Paper Frame!

Stampin’ Up! Basket Bunch Folded Paper Frame!

Hey there! Today I have another Basket Bunch card featuring the Folded Paper Frame!

Stampin_up_basket_bunch_folded_paper_frame_carolpaynestamps1

When I first saw cards made with this fold, I was thought, "how did they cut that paper so perfectly?" BUT, after some "reverse engineering" with the sample I received I realized it is just a simple square of designer series paper with each corner folded into the center and then the points folded back to touch the sides! NO CUTTING AND SO EASY!

Stampin_up_basket_bunch_folded_paper_frame_carolpaynestamps7
I embossed some Sweet Sugarplum In Color Envelope Paper with the Falling Petals Textured Folder, and added a piece of Whisper White Thick Baker's Twine tied in a bow. I tied a knot in the end of each end and then frayed it using a Paper-Piercing Tool.

Stampin_up_basket_bunch_folded_paper_frame_carolpaynestamps3

I used a phrase from the Sale-a-bration set, So Very Much, on the inside. Only a few more days left before Sale-a-bration will be over!

Stampin’ Up! Sunday Swap Day!

Stampin’ Up! Sunday Swap Day!

Hey there! It's time for Sunday Swap Day! Today's swaps all used an element of the Basket Bunch Bundle!

First, Tamie Ackerson  gave the Baby Bear an Easter Basket and eggs using the Basket Bunch Bundle, and a flower punched with the Blossom Bunch Punch!

Stampin_up_baby_bear_carolpaynestamps1

Next, Amy Combs combined the Basket Bunch Bundle with Layering Ovals Framelits and Stitched Shapes Framelits, adding a Lace Doily, Subtles Enamel Shape, White Perfect Accent, and a Rhinestone Basic Jewel:

Stampin_up_basket_bunch_carolpaynestamps1

This egg-stra special easel card arrived without a creator's name! The creator used stamps from the Tye Dyed set to "dye" the eggs in the basket and hiding in the grass!

Stampin_up_basket_bunch_carolpaynestamps2

This swap also has no creator name,  but it reminds me of candy with the three colored circles cut with Layering Circles Framelits!

Stampin_up_basket_bunch_carolpaynestamps3

Finally, Kathy Johnson paired the Basket Bunch bunny with the Circle of Spring set for a special Easter card. I love her softly watercolored look, accented with Dazzling Diamonds Glitter!

Stampin_up_circle_of_spring_carolpaynestamps1

There's still time to order Basket Bunch, Circle of Spring, and Baby Bear to create special Easter cards.  If you order at least $50 by March 31st, you can also choose a free Sale-a-bration item!
