Create-a-Calendar Class Scheduled!

1©Stampin'Up!™1990-2008

I just finished my October Newsletter and realized I forgot to announce this December Class! I will be sending out my next Newsletter on November 5th, so there is still time, but I just completed this calendar today and wanted to show it to you!

This project uses the Create a Calendar "09 Kit from the Holiday Mini .(When this link is blue, it means you CAN click on it to view!) I can't give you the link right now because the SU! site is down, most likely because it is time to process September commissions (yeah!) but maybe because it is almost 3 a.m. and I should be in bed! ha!

The Kit includes a Bashful Blue striped pocket to keep all the calendars in, but I thought that was a little hard to manage as a useful calendar until I saw how a gal at Founder;s Circle made her calendar! This "A-frame" design really works for me, and I hope it will for you. You will have to come to the class to find out how we accomplish this design modification!

Date: Friday, December 5, 2008, 6 p.m.

Cost: $10.00 (I will be providing additional materials to modify this kit)

Registration: By phone, email or Paypal link that I will include in the November newsletter. You MUST register and pre-pay by the Registration Deadline so the calendars can be ordered in time to arrive for the class!

Registration Deadline: Friday, November 21, 2008. With the Thanksgiving Holiday in the middle of this time-frame, we must allow extra shipping time.

Here's few more details of the project:

The kit even includes little arrows so you can highlight important dates: February birthdays in our family are our grand-son, Cohen, (who will be 1 year old on the 7th!) and my DH, Mark, who's birthday is on the 26th!

I also love the little tiny flowers you can use for accents, and the month tabs you can put on the side!

Stampin' Up! thinks of everything! I love being a party of such an awesome company!
