Today's post is my third card using Balloon Celebration!

The design is identical to the previous two, including using Clear Wink of Stella Glitter Brush on the balloons. Changes made: another design from It's My Party Designer Paper Stack, adding a Melon Mambo Baker's Twine bow, and using Perfect Pairings Sale-abration set for the words. Perfect Pairings is THE BEST Sale-a-bration word set!
